How does the time duration work for hiring challenges?

You can participate in a hiring challenge at any time between its start and end times. Once you begin the challenge, you will not be able to pause it. For example, if the duration of a hiring challenge is two hours, once you click Start Test, you must finish the test within the next two hours.
